Two to three weeks before
- Pick your date and build your setup in our planner.
- Send invitations with a clear start and end time.
The week before
- Confirm your guest count and adjust tables and chairs.
- Check the weather forecast — we will be in touch if it looks wet.
- Mow the lawn and switch off sprinklers.
Party day
- Clear the setup area and the path from the street.
- We arrive 1–2 hours early to set up and walk you through safety.
- Enjoy the party — and take lots of photos!
After the last guest leaves, simply leave everything where it is. We will handle pick-up.
