How much space does a bounce house need?
Most of our inflatables need a flat area about 5 ft larger than the unit on every side, plus a power outlet within 50 ft. Each rental lists its size.
Can you set up on concrete or a driveway?
Yes! Choose “Patio / driveway” in the planner and we will bring sandbags instead of stakes.
What happens if it rains?
Inflatables cannot be used in rain or strong wind. If the forecast looks bad, you can reschedule free of charge up to the morning of your event.
When do you deliver and pick up?
We usually arrive 1–2 hours before your start time and pick up in the evening. Need something different? Add a note when you book.
How do I pay?
Send your request through the planner. Once we confirm, a small deposit holds your date and the balance is due on party day.
Is there an age limit?
Each unit lists its recommended ages. An adult must supervise inflatables at all times while they are in use.
Do you need power?
Inflatables need a standard outdoor outlet within 50 ft (one per blower). No outlet? Add our quiet generator in the planner.
How far do you deliver?
We deliver to Springfield & surrounding towns (25 mile radius). Outside that area? Send a request anyway and we will quote the extra travel.
Can I change my order after booking?
Of course — add or swap items any time before your event, subject to availability. Just reply to your confirmation email.
