Booking & deposits
Your date is held once we confirm your request and receive the deposit shown in the planner. The balance is due on the day of your event.
Weather
Inflatables must not be used in rain, lightning or winds above 15 mph. If weather is unsafe we will help you move your date at no charge.
Setup area
- A flat area clear of rocks, sticks and pet waste
- An outdoor power outlet within 50 ft for each blower
- A clear path at least 4 ft wide from the street to the setup spot
- Sprinklers turned off the night before
Supervision
A responsible adult must supervise inflatables at all times. No shoes, food, drinks, silly string or sharp objects inside.
Cancellations
Cancel more than 7 days before your event for a full refund of your deposit. Inside 7 days the deposit can be used towards a future date.
